Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! All domestic orders take 3-5 business days to process. International orders can take up to 21 days for shipping.

Returns

We have a 21 day exchange/return policy, effective starting on the delivery date of your order. All items must be in NEW condition (unworn and unwashed) in order to be accepted. We have the right to refuse the exchange or return if the items do not meet this criteria.

You can exchange your item for a new size/style (if available) or you can return your item for a refund to the original method of payment. If your item was a gift, you can receive store credit. Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded for a return.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship the item back to our warehouse. We provide free shipping for exchanges to send you your new item.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-order merchandise is made to order and will be shipped within the week the order is purchased. Check your email for updated information regarding your order including tracking.

Order Processing

Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS, sadly, we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact USPS or the postal carrier.
